  • Program Details

    Sign up for any of our OSF Speed and Strength Training Programs and you will receive:

    • T-Shirt
    • Complimentary Initial Assessment which includes : Standing vertical, one step vertical, 20 yard dash, shuttle run, L run, various lifts, including squat, deadlift, bench press, push-ups, sit ups in a minute.
    • A monthly progress report and a final report at the end of your package.
    • Diet Plan - When you should eat before training and competing.  What you should eat - the proper balance of proteins, complex carbs, including vegetables, fruits, whole grains and good fats. Meal plan examples.
    • Receive proper instruction on how to lift to prevent injuries.
    • Programs for football, basketball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, track & field hockey, wrestling, martial arts, boxing, golf and tennis.
    • Receive a customized Speed and Strength Training plan. Your Speed Plan will be sport specific. 5 levels covering the following: Straight ahead speed, lateral speed, back pedaling, first step explosiveness, overall explosiveness, jumping and agility. Your Strength Plan will also be sport specific. Focusing on balance, power, strength and explosiveness.  Special equipment that will be used includes:
          Over speed harness treadmill
          Vibration plate
          Tendo Unit for explosiveness testing and feedback
          Russian kettlebells
